But what exactly do experts do to your car once you bring it in?

There’s no need for you to worry, even if you are a first-timer. Our main goal is to make the experience for you as easy as possible.
During the consultation, your vehicle will receive an in-depth inspection and all sorts of relevant information will be gathered. Once the inspection is done, you will be provided an estimate so you’ll know what to expect for your repairs, cost-wise.
During the consultation, feel free to ask any questions about the auto body repair process. How long is the repair process? Will you be provided with a loaner car? Is your vehicle covered while in the shop? These are some of the most frequently asked questions and ones that may be a good idea for you to ask.
Second Step: Repair Phase
Once all the paperwork is done, the repair phase gets rolling. During this step, your vehicle will be disassembled. Therefore, it’s worth noting that we might uncover hidden damage within your car. In this type of situation, we will take the liberty of informing your insurance provider and process the claim on your behalf. During this process, all the parts that need replacement will be ordered.
It’s important to note that there are special orders that require importing parts for certain cars and repairs. The repair process will only proceed once all the parts are on-hand. So, this may prolong the process of getting your car back to you.
Third Step: Repaint Phase
The goal of the last step is to return your vehicle to its former, shiny glory. At this point, it will receive either a partial or full body paint.
